Your Privacy Choices

The short version

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is no advertising pixel, no analytics tracker, and no third-party marketing script on this site. There is nothing here for you to opt out of, because we are not doing the thing you would be opting out of.

What “sell” and “share” mean here

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, “sell” covers disclosing personal information to a third party for anything of value, not only for money, and “share” covers disclosing it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Several other states have comparable laws. We do neither, under either definition.

What this site actually stores

  • A single cookie-notice preference, kept in your own browser so we do not show you the notice again. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
  • Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which are used to serve the site and keep it secure.
  • Anything you choose to send us, such as the contents of an email. We use that to reply to you.

We do not run advertising, we do not operate an ad network, and we do not have knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of anyone under 16.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. You may also use an authorised agent.

To make a request, email support@mediTEAtion.app with the subject line Privacy Request and tell us what you would like us to do. We will need enough information to confirm who you are before we act, and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

Global Privacy Control

Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control signal, which is treated as an opt-out request from selling or sharing. Because we do not sell or share personal information at all, there is nothing for that signal to switch off here. If that ever changes, we will honour the signal and say so on this page.

If this changes

If we later add analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking, we will update this page before doing so and provide a working opt-out. The date at the top tells you when this page was last reviewed. Our full Privacy Policy describes our handling of personal information in more detail.
